Job Description

ISG is looking to strengthen its engineering excellence discipline by achieving a better alignment and higher degree of cooperation between ISG and EAP, better adoption of EAP tools and frameworks and improving developer productivity.

The main areas of the program focus are:

EE Communication and awareness

ISG and EAP tool and framework (co)development and adoption

EE training, education and best practices

Developer productivity metrics

Specifically, the candidate will

maintain the inventory of and track status of the ISG EE development work

coordinate, report status of and escalate risks around EAP/Tool adoption efforts

partner with ISG Labs on running and tracking outcomes of Guilds and Education series

help review and prepare marketing and education materials

The candidate will have excellent project/program management and communication skills and proven experience managing technology-driven programs.
