Department Overview Evidence Product Management
This role is primarily hybrid working with occasional travel to your local Motorola office, and occasional international travel to customer, partner and company locations including UK, Poland, US, and Malaysia as required.

We seek an accomplished Senior Product Manager to be the foundation of our new evidence solutions team.
This position is responsible for defining and delivering product solutions constructed from our portfolio of evidence devices and evidence software products as well as our partners. Those solutions must simultaneously meet the needs of our public safety customers, world-wide, as well as the various routes to market that address them.
Core to the role will be establishing relationships and understanding the needs of our channel partners and direct sales teams to inform the solutions we construct, and making them appropriate and easy to sell - including orderability, & territorial approvals and local market requirements, world-wide.
You will be responsible for the product aspects of our partnerships with existing Motorola Solutions internal partners and 3rd parties where they co-exist or form part of our solutions, as well as identifying and establishing new partnerships both within Motorola Solutions and with new 3rd parties.
You will also be involved in addressing the needs of large customer opportunities, as well as researching and identifying emerging markets for our solutions as they exist, and tailoring our solutions to those new markets.
You will be accountable for both tuning the existing offers, defining new offers where appropriate, as well as informing the product roadmaps across the whole portfolio to meet the needs of public safety.
