The job

Senior / Principle Consultant

Key Objectives

Build on and add to the Consumer & Technology markets we
have established. Ultimately mastering a sector niche and


becoming a true expert
Target 200k + consistent revenue, in the qualified finance
market
Be a great role model for the junior members of the
Commerce & Industry team
Work towards being a 'Super Biller' or a 'Manager' in the
future
Help develop other aspects of the business. Selling retainers,
thought leadership, events etc.

The CINFP Team

We deliver briefs between 30-120k, and a mix of contingent,


exclusive and retained search, across Commerce and Not-for-



Profit. It is a team of 6 with a range of experiences. You will


report into Deniz Dervish but over the first 6 months Partner with


Andy Lee to help establish your desk.
