Senior Program Managing position, IT WS Governance Management Office is responsible for:
1. Organizing CXO meetings, wider stakeholder meetings to operate IT WS to proactively align with CIOs and business leaders onsite/offsite.
2. Leading group company level problem solving with stakeholders to achieve business objectives with new operating model by transforming business and IT.
3. Managing program identified in prioritization process in demand process to deliver approved IT solution with opcos.

Responsibilities:
Organize Senior executive meetings and prepare materials:
Organize senior executive meetings:
Effectively organize regular meetings such as IT WS Leadership Committee, Enterprise Architecture Committee, etc.
Coordinate materials with senior level stakeholders:
Prepare meeting agendas, assign personnels to prepare meeting materials and gather them.
Facilitating senior executive meetings:
Manage meeting facilitation and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
Organize onsite events:
Take the initiative in coordinating and planning the CIO Summit and other on-site events, ensuring coordination with stakeholders.
Lead issue resolution with stakeholders:
Issue identification and coordinate resolution
Work with Executive level WS Leaders and Unit Leaders to identify organizational issues and propose solutions.
Solve cross functional issues:
Assign necessary resources and organize cross-functional teams to plan actions to resolve issues.
Relationship management:
Promote issue resolution through smooth coordination with stakeholders by strengthening relationships with them.
Managing Program for delivery:
Program setup and planning
Take the lead in project initiation and planning, in coordination with Opco, for those projects that are selected to become projects.
Program management for executions
Manage the project progress as a program and work with the CIO and stakeholders to ensure delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:
Must to have
Project and program management:
10 years + Experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling business transformation projects is required. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and support the achievement of change objectives.
Strategic thinking and problem solving:
Develop business transformation strategies to improve and streamline business processes. The ability to identify current issues and propose optimal solutions is critical.
Change management and communication:
The ability to effectively manage change within the organization as a result of business process changes is required. Skills to communicate with stakeholders to promote understanding and acceptance of change and overcome resistance are required.
Leadership and team management:
The ability to lead and motivate members of a change project team is required. The ability to empathize with the team and lead them to achieve their goals is critical.
Analysis and evaluation:
The ability to analyze current business processes in detail and identify opportunities for improvement is required. A data-driven approach to evaluating and adjusting the effectiveness of change is critical.
Nice to have
Business transformation expertise:
Expertise and best practices in transforming business processes are helpful in implementing effective transformation projects.
Project management methodologies:
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall will help in the execution of change projects.
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills:
The ability to resolve disagreements and resistance to change and drive consensus with stakeholders is critical.
Training and education:
Skills in conducting training and education on the new processes and systems that will be in place after the transformation and in assisting organizational members in making the appropriate transition are helpful.
Qualifications and Degrees
PMP (Project management), Prosi Cetified Change Management Professional, ITIL 4 Managing Professional etc.
