Job Description

Bumble is looking for a talented Senior Pricing Manager or Economy Manager with a deep understanding of in app credit/consumable economy management. The role will be key in optimising user lifetime value.This role will be based in London, reporting to the Pricing Lead. What You'll Do

• Define and execute the economy management strategy across Bumble and Badoo
• Own the pricing of in-app currencies and consumables and contribute to the cross-functional unit to build the pricing strategy during the user lifecycle
• Build a framework for supporting the value definition of new products
• Closely collaborate with Product, Data Science, Marketing, Payments and Billing, Legal, Finance and Engineering teams to ensure best-in-class process and execution
• Closely collaborate with user research and comms to build deep customer understanding and communication strategies for pricing optimisations
• A/B test setup, monitoring and understanding of results

Required Experience and Skills

• 5+ years in a comparable role, with a proven track record of successfully driving value through implementing successful initiatives optimising free and paid experiences
• Confidence setting up and interpreting A/B testsExperience in the Gaming, Tech or Dating industry
• Experience with both consumables and subscription products preferred
• Ability to extract actionable insights from data and researchGood understanding of pricing/monetisation strategies, modelling processes and risk management
• Comfortable working with Product and Data Science teams
• Knowledge of scenario modelling and algorithms preferredGood understanding of behavioural science and value based pricing preferred
