About the role: As a Senior PR Manager, you will be at the heart of our Marketing and PR team, collaborating with internal departments, hotel PR teams, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to PR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with PR Director on implementing and supervising group and individual hotels plans and strategies.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, hotel PR teams, and external agencies for integrated PR efforts.
• Promote brand programs and initiatives both internally and externally.
• Ensure smooth information flow within the brand, PR network, and hotels.
• Support the development of Brand Marketing and hotel PR Team Members.
• Conduct market research and measure PR effectiveness.
• Build relationships within the industry and PR profession.
• Stay updated on PR developments, including social media trends.
• Assist in crisis communication management.
• Organise PR events and maintain the press kit.

Qualifications:

• Proven PR management experience in luxury or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with online marketing and PR trends.
• Track record in successful PR campaigns and events.
• Effective time management and understanding of PR systems.
