Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist to join our marketing team in the healthcare sector. You will have a proven track record of managing large-scale PPC campaigns and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare industry. You will be a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven results, capable of crafting and optimising campaigns that increase brand visibility and patient engagement.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Perform thorough keyword research and audience targeting to reach specific demographics and patient groups.
  • Analyse and interpret PPC campaign data, adjust strategies as needed to maximise ROI and meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align PPC strategies with broader marketing initiatives and content releases.
  • Monitor budget allocation and performance across all campaigns, ensuring cost-effective ad spending.
  • Stay up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends and changes, including algorithm updates and new technologies in digital marketing.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategy adjustments.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop PPC team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in PPC campaign management, with a focus on healthcare or related industries.
  • Extensive experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and PPC management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Skills:
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant platforms.
  • Experience in SEO, content marketing, and other aspects of digital marketing.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulations specific to advertising in the healthcare sector.
