Key responsibilities
As a Senior Planner, you will be working within the Construction Delivery and Pre Construction Teams to offer planning expertise Retaining an overall monitoring capacity for complex projects to ensure construction plans are created, updated, and amended in line with project needs.
Your day to day will include:
\xc2\xb7 Producing tender programmes
\xc2\xb7 Attending regular site visits to assist the team with planning issues
\xc2\xb7 Collating progress information and understanding any areas of concern during the planning stage
\xc2\xb7 Creating workable construction programmes, monitoring and updating
\xc2\xb7 Advising and providing planning expertise across projects
Who are we looking for?
This role of Senior Planner is great for you if:
\xc2\xb7 Have construction planning experience gained within the contractor environment
\xc2\xb7 You have a solid history of working on build tenders and projects between \xc2\xa320M - \xc2\xa380M in value
\xc2\xb7 You are an experienced operator of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project software
\xc2\xb7 You are based within commuting distance of London
\xc2\xb7 You enjoy working across projects with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues.
\xc2\xb7 You can manage you own diary across multiple projects
