Now is the perfect time for a Senior Planner to join NHS Shared business Services. This is a phenomenal opportunity, unlike any other, you will be building and developing your own team of Junior Planners who will report direct into yourself, alongside working closely with high profile clients. You will have the flexibility to make this role, and the team, your own. You need to be confident in presenting at a senior level, have a passion for Planning and want to be part of a company that is a certified Great Place to Work.

We are ideally looking for someone who has the flexibility to come into the Leeds office 5 days a week if needed.

What you will be doing:

  • Establishing and maintaining effective project controls, using established project management tools
  • Producing and maintaining good project plans, schedules, and progress reports
  • Implementing project plans
  • Supporting the motivation and coordination of the project team
  • Tracking the progress of work against the schedule and ensuring good baseline management
  • Generating and reporting project MI to partners
  • Writing standards
  • Running workshops & training
  • Handling planning standards across all programmes
What you\'ll bring:
  • Demonstrated project planning experience, ideally large scale
  • Strong communication skills - dealing with high profile stakeholders at senior level
  • Experience in presenting to stakeholders
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Line management experience
  • Ability to design and develop and deploy policies frameworks and delivery structure
  • Experience writing enterprise level framework
It would be great if you had:
  • Prince2
  • P6
  • Proven understanding of programme management processes

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa360,000 dependent on experience & training & development needs
