Senior Partnerships Manager

to join our Entertainment team. Is this your next opportunity?


As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing high-value client accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, renewals, and ongoing relationship management. This is a great opportunity to drive performance and profitability through exemplary project and account management; building strong trust with stakeholders at all levels whilst identifying opportunities for scalability and growth within the client portfolio.


The Senior Partnerships Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of best practices across all accounts, setting goals, tracking performance, and upholding company values. The role also includes fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within Entertainment.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME



Oversee client relationships, including onboarding, renewals, and relationship management, always ensuring a positive client relationship. Work with Partnerships Directors to set and monitor resource allocation for allocated clients, including optimising resources for the best commercial performance, and building out business cases for any new resource required. End to end project management; owning the timeline for creative development/RTB responses, client feedback, creation and delivery of assets for both campaigns and retained activity. Ownership of the financial performance of allocated clients including development of client growth strategies, according to client and internal KPIs, and continuously evolving strategies for optimal performance. Proactively present strategies for improving performance if needed. Develop strategies within assigned client portfolio, and continuously monitor and evolve approach for optimal performance, based on client objectives. Set and manage client expectations, either according to the agreed scope of work or agreed revenue growth strategy, and ensure a balance between the feasibility of client requests and maintaining a positive relationship at all times. Alongside Social Media Management and Insights team; use data and insights to deliver monthly/quarterly performance reviews with strategic recommendations. Capture and share learnings across the department and organisation to drive continuous improvement. Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within the client portfolio, including collaborating with the New Business team and Creative Production Studio on new opportunities. Act as a leader and innovator within the Entertainment division, fostering internal collaboration and driving innovation. Perform line management duties for Partnerships Managers and indirectly for Channel Managers and Digital Producers to ensure they are delivering best practices across platforms and edit projects. This includes, but is not limited to: + Conduct quarterly reviews with direct reports, set clear goals, and track performance to ensure alignment with objectives. + Ensure company policies, values, and culture are consistently upheld by both direct and indirect reports.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED



Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

Account management skills, including client communication, running check-ins and presenting reports. Project management skills; designing, implementing and championing workflows to improve efficiency of output. Proactiveness - you will be deeply embedded into the work you do for the client, and you will be expected to identify both new commercial opportunities and any workflow bottlenecks to ensure no deadlines are missed. Good knowledge of the digital media landscape. Be a native user of social media platforms. Exceptional organisational skills and great communication skills.
