You will manage and support the Organisational Development team and take a lead role in the Council of the Future culture change programme. You will be experienced in Organisational Development and have a background in delivering cultural change programmes as well as delivering leadership and management training. You will lead in the development and promotion of the Council\'s e-learning provision including procurement and management of required systems/contracts.
You will be qualified to degree level in Human Resources or have equivalent relevant experience. You will have membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. You will have up-to-date knowledge on cultural change and leadership development. You will be an experienced facilitator with good people management skills. You will also have the skills to coach and present at all levels of the organisation. Basic computer literacy and experience using MS office packages are also key in this role.
This post is permanent full-time, and you will work 37 hours per week.
