about this team
This role sits within the Digital Operations Team (currently 2 members) whose remit is to elevate the online post-purchase experience for guests. Working closely with Guest Education Center (GEC which is our contact center), Logistics, Finance, Digital Marketing, Product and Omni the Digital Operations Team focuses on enhancing the delivery and return experience, making it channel and market relevant.
