JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of this role is to assist in the development, implementation and review of Land and Regeneration Services business unit objectives, core activities and policies and procedures, including maintenance of IT business support systems and other administrative tasks as required, related to the work of Development Services; Land and Housing Analytics; Land Asset Management and Policy Development; Rural Development; Housing Regeneration and Place-Shaping.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. i) Hold a degree or an equivalent level 6 qualification and must demonstrate 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience.
OR
ii) Hold a BTEC Higher or an equivalent level 5 qualification and must demonstrate 2 years relevant experience.
OR
iii) Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development/experiential learning and a minimum of 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience may also be considered. (Please include dates)
