Senior Occupational Therapist - Prior's Court, Hermitage (Berkshire)



Salary:

40,950 - 47,250 p/a pro-rata (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Hours:

14 - 37.5 hours/week | 2-5 days/week | Full-year contract

We're seeking a

Senior Occupational Therapist

to join our outstanding on-site team at Prior's Court, where therapeutic input is central to our young people's success.

The Role



As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll:

Lead a team

of Occupational Therapists and therapy assistants Manage a

clinical caseload

of autistic young people with complex needs Oversee and implement

sensory integration and therapy programmes

Deliver

specialist assessments and interventions

using evidence-based approaches Play a key role in

training and mentoring

, including supporting OT apprentices Contribute to EHCPs, annual reviews, and service-wide therapy development Collaborate closely with education and residential staff to promote best outcomes

What You'll Need



Essential:



HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist Experience managing a caseload in a similar setting Background in autism, sensory processing, or complex needs Level 1 Sensory Integration qualification Strong clinical reasoning and programme development skills Ability to supervise, mentor and lead others

Desirable:



Team management experience Training delivery experience Background in education or residential care settings Level 2+ in Sensory Integration Membership with Sensory Integration Network
