We are looking for a Senior Nursery Manager to oversee the running of our vibrant, high-quality nursery setting. If you hold a Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education and have a strong track record in nursery management, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role


As Senior Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, compliance, and operational success of the nursery. You will create an inspiring environment where children can thrive, staff can develop, and families feel supported. Key Responsibilities:



Lead the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment Drive the delivery of a high-quality curriculum aligned with EYFS standards across all age groups Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development Lead on safeguarding practices, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Oversee administrative responsibilities such as rota management, budgeting, and resource planning Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community to promote the nursery's values and reputation Monitor occupancy and support marketing initiatives to ensure continued growth and success Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture where staff feel motivated and supported

What We Are Looking For:



Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years Education (essential) Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an early years setting (essential) Strong understanding of EYFS framework, safeguarding policies, and regulatory standards Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills A commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive environment for both children and staff A genuine passion for delivering outstanding early education and care
