The focus is entirely on new business and you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a sales pipeline of high value national accounts to deliver profitable growth with private sector national multi-site customers. Reporting to the Circom board of Directors, you will be given the opportunity to thrive in an ever-changing marketplace.
National travel, home, office, and customer site based
Grow sales prospects (client average order values 500k pa) develop an ongoing sales pipeline value of 15 to 20 million pa
Expected minimum sales volume of 2m p.a. after initial period of pipeline development
Work with other National BDMs within the business where required
Develop new business relationships and successful pipeline from lead generation, sales presentations, audit phase/solution development, presentation of proposal, negotiation, close, and handover to the account management and customer care team
Explore, identify, and manage new business opportunities in order to secure and grow the business
Based on sound analysis from obtaining existing collection schedules, and solid onsite waste audits, develop a consultative led approach to problem solving, through to developing customer proposals identify key areas of sustainable cost reduction, and problem solving
Analytical skills using Microsoft excel essential, also being at ease of using Microsoft PowerPoint an advantage
Promote Circom's core customer account management values and our hands on approach to innovation
Be able to present proposal to a customer, or decision making unit panel
Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner. You will effectively interact with other departments including the account management and internal teams when handing over new customers ensuring you fully and correctly brief in all aspects of the sale
