Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Mobile Development Manager

to lead our Global mobile engineering teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of high-quality mobile applications across the region. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable and user-friendly mobile solutions tailored for APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of mobile engineers (iOS and Android) across the Europe and APAC region to develop high-performance applications. Define and drive the mobile development roadmap in alignment with company goals and regional market needs. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless user experiences. Architect, design, and implement scalable mobile solutions while ensuring best coding practices and performance optimization. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development to drive innovation, especially in the Europe and APAC region. Implement and oversee Agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. Ensure security, compliance, and performance best practices in mobile applications. Manage technical debt, drive automation, and improve development efficiency. Advocate for engineering excellence by establishing best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD. Drive recruitment efforts to attract and retain top mobile engineering talent in Europe and APAC.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong proficiency in mobile technologies, including

Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android), Flutter, or React Native

. Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable mobile architectures. Deep understanding of software development best practices, performance optimization, and security. Experience in Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience in cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and mobile backend integration (REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, etc.). Ability to drive a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability. Experience working with remote, distributed teams across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in developing and managing large-scale consumer or enterprise mobile applications. Hands-on experience with DevOps and mobile release automation. Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and accessibility best practices. Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment. Understanding of Europe and APAC market trends, user behaviors, and mobile technology landscape.

Pay: 55,000.00-65,000.00 per year
