The person doing this job sets the Media Effectiveness Framework for our Consumer brands so that we can understand and optimise our media investment to deliver maximum return on investment.
As the media landscape changes it is important that our Effectiveness programme evolves too, taking advantage of new AI modelling approaches and techniques to deliver faster and more accurate insight into how each media channel is helping deliver return on investment.
In addition the person in this job also manages operational delivery of our ATL media agency contract, ensuring that we have the right agency team in place, the right cost and quality targets are in place and that these are delivered to ensure optimal return on our Consumer Marketing spends. This contract is one of BT Group\'s largest contracts valued at over \xc2\xa30.5bn.
This job will work across the whole of BT Group to ensure a consistent and effective brand architecture for customers, colleagues and the other organisations we work with.
