What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Researching, authoring and editing aircraft publications

\xc2\xb7 Supporting the aircraft types and associated support equipment in ensuring that the publications are maintained whilst providing clear and unambiguous information

\xc2\xb7 Producing information for various systems and multiple aircraft platforms using a range of publishing tools

\xc2\xb7 Supporting overall assessment, management and control of change across single and multiple platform variants

\xc2\xb7 Leadership of a small team of specialist engineers

Your skills and experiences:

Essential Skills:

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in the Aerospace or similar defence industry

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience using and authoring and editing Technical Publications

\xc2\xb7 Use of technical authoring software packages

\xc2\xb7 Excellent IT Skills

Desirable Skills:

\xc2\xb7 Degree qualified in an engineering field or equivalent relevant experience

The Technical Information Services team:

This role supports multiple fast jet aircraft including future combat air programmes, working within a team, to support the Technical Publication updates, as either electronic interactive data and / or hard copy publications. Various development opportunities within the team and across a range of aircraft platforms.
