The Role:




Support the Director of Marketing & Customer, and the Senior Digital Marketing Manager as directed to co-ordinate and deliver the annual marketing plan for online and offline activity to increase brand awareness and support business pillars. Participate in projects as required.

Responsibilities:



Creative Development:




Support the marketing team to build the Cynergy Bank brand - research, creative development and delivery for brand building, financial promotions and other marketing and promotional activities.


Develop and design marketing materials (online and offline), including posters, leaflets, digital banners (website and LinkedIn), newsletters, deal sheets etc using InDesign and Photoshop.


Digital Marketing and Content:




Website content management: Support the day-to-day management of the public website, update content and optimise user experience.


Content marketing: Support the planning and delivery of blogs, podcasts and newsletters.


SEO - Liaise with the SEO agency and support the on-going SEO enhancements of the website.


Email marketing: Plan and organise email campaigns. Support the delivery and day-to-day management of marketing automation programme (Salesforce Pardot).


Social media - Support the Digital Communications Manager and the Performance Marketing Manager to plan and deliver both organic posts and sponsored campaigns across social media channels, with a focus on LinkedIn.

Event Management:




Liaise with business pillars and creative agency to plan and organise customer events, exhibitions, award events, hospitality, seminars, sponsorship and other promotional activities.


Agency Management:




Oversee day-to-day relationships with external agencies to ensure all outsourced jobs are delivered to the agreed standard, on time and within budget.


Reporting and Administrative Tasks:




Provide administrative support to the team as required, including maintenance of marketing and branding policies, manuals, collaterals and KPI reports


Maintain and update marketing risks & control logs

Other:




Direct mailing campaign to customers


Maintain appropriate knowledge of up-to-date marketing and banking best practice and relevant technology, particularly in relation to design, email, CRM and campaign management.


Contribute with suggestions for improvements, take ownership of tasks and suggest/provide solutions to resolve issues.


Risk and/or governance responsibilities.


Maintain and update marketing collaterals, and marketing risks and controls logs.



Essential Knowledge & Experience:





4 years of marketing experience Photoshop and InDesign Website content management using a CMS Social media, in particular LinkedIn channel Content creation and copywriting Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot experience preferred Event management experience preferred Previous marketing experience in a regulated industry preferred

Desirable knowledge & Experience:



Degree educated
