Job Description
A new Marketing Manager for a high growth tech company based in the Sheffield area. This will be a varied campaign focused marketing role, working on digital marketing campaigns and lead generation.
** Please note this position will be fully office based for the first 6 months**
The key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager will include:
- Developing, and delivering on the Marketing growth strategy to support the business objectives
- Developing an effective and efficient lead engine
- Delivering against Marketing KPIs and managing the marketing budget, effectively sharing performance at the leadership and board level
- Delivering a comprehensive rolling calendar of all Marketing activities and campaigns
- Work seamlessly with Sales and other operational teams
- Managing external marketing agencies
- Coordinating an outsourced Marketing model, collaborating with suppliers to deliver design, SEO, website improvements, and PR.
- Owning and managing the social media platforms
- Coaching, and mentoring an internal team on marketing best principles
The successful Senior Marketing Manager will have the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing roles
- Experience working in a industrial, tech / Saas industry
- Experience working in the IIoT sector is preferable
- Line management experience would be preferable
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience working collaboratively with sales, and product teams
- Proactive attitude, and an ability to work autonomously
- Strong experience in digital marketing, including SEO, Wordpress, and CRM management

- Starting salary up to \xc2\xa360,000 based on experience
