As we continue to grow throughout the UK and EU, we continue to develop and improve the presence and awareness of our brand. As a result we support the region with dedicated marketing management. This role is a 10-month full-time contract for maternity cover and will report directly into our Global Marketing Director.


Your responsibilities will encompass both trade and consumer marketing, ensuring consistent brand representation and maximising sales opportunities.


The role will work alongside our Global Marketing Director, Brand team, Sales Leads, Account Managers, agents, distributors and customers to deliver marketing tools and a robust B2C and B2B marketing and communications programme.


These include but are not exhaustive of; setting the regional marketing calendar, providing sell-in toolkits, catalogues and POS and executing the global marketing campaigns at a regional level.


You will be the primary link between the Product Team and our Regional Sales Team, working effectively together as 'one-team' to maximise opportunities for the region - all within the confines of our brand guidelines.





You'll be;



Creating and implementing toolkits for new product collections and capsules, working closely with the brand and creative teams to ensure that all materials are aligned with the brand's vision and values Producing a robust annual regional marketing calendar to incorporate seasonal product launches, communication channels, regional campaigns and activation plans Coordinating the production of all marketing materials, including toolkits, sales decks and other promotional items, ensuring that all marketing materials are aligned with our brand guidelines and consistent across channels Developing brand presentations for new Jellycat customers, partners, and distributors Working with the sales team to ensure that all marketing materials are tailored to their specific needs and are aligned with their sales objectives Sharing sales and marketing best practice among our key channels and geographies Analysing market trends and customer insights to inform the development of marketing plans and campaigns, and to optimise future activities Working closely with the Social Media and PR teams to align objectives and campaign planning to ensure all activities are aligned with the brand's marketing objectives Measuring and report on the effectiveness of all regional marketing campaigns, using insights to optimise future activities and achieve business objectives Aware of future country specific calendar commercial/marketing moments and opportunities Aware of any regional/cultural considerations within the UK and EU Managing and maintaining close relationships with Jellycat brand partners and the marketing teams within our retail partners Working with the Global Marketing Director on marketing budget management, ensuring that all activities are delivered within budget and are aligned with the company's financial objectives Responsible for the leadership of our UK&EU Marketing Executive

You'll have;



Proven trade and consumer marketing experience in a similar role within a luxury brand UK and EU marketing experiece, particularly in France and Germany Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects within budget and on time Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, well as experience conducting presentations to senior stakeholders Experience in coordinating the production of marketing materials, including catalogues, toolkits and other promotional items A strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to ensure consistency across all channels Team player who is flexible, personable, positive and is motivated by being part of a high performing team * Fluency or conversational proficiency in French or German desirable
