Senior Marketing Manager
Salary: xc2xa345,000 - xc2xa355,000
Location: London, UK, 2-3 days in officeExciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to shape the brand and drive impactful campaigns for an exciting retail business.Reporting to the Head of Creative and managing a team of two, this role will collaborate closely with Creative and Product to develop and implement marketing initiatives. This role offers a chance to increase brand awareness, rediscover the brand tone of voice, and pitch innovative, "outside the box" campaign ideas to key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Marketing strategy alongside the Head of Creative and Marketing team.
• Own the national retail calendar, campaigns, key trading dates, and store initiatives.
• Partner with the Creative and Product teams to deliver multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring optimisation and ROI across all digital channels (website, emails, paid media, organic social media) and physical touchpoints (POS, etc.).
• Increase brand awareness through PR activities, including brand activations, local and regional media engagement, and influencer collaborations.
• Manage the development and creation of marketing assets, including copywriting, collateral, POS, video, digital images, and social media content.

Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, commercially focused multi-site business.
• Passion for championing the customer and using insights to drive customer experience improvements.
• Good knowledge and experience working with the full marketing mix.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
• Experience monitoring and measuring marketing performance through brand tracking and campaign analysis.
• Experience managing at least 1-2 junior team members.
• Experience in marketing for retail, or FMCG brands is desirable.
