We are recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our global cosmetics brand. Competitive salary dependant on experience!

The Brand ??

Plump It! is a social media-driven ecommerce cosmetics brand, providing viral beauty products that are alternatives to cosmetic procedures. Our recent exciting retail partnerships include Superdrug, Debenhams, Pretty Little Thing and Urban Outfitters. We believe that real beauty can be achieved without the need for needles, knives, and other invasive procedures. Our transformative formulas are created for all skin types, with active ingredients backed by science. None of our products contain parabens, sulphates, we have never tested on animals, and our brand has an official partnership with Earthly.

The Role ??

You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing of the brand both online and offline. We are looking for a self-motivated, confident Senior Marketing Manager with a passion for cosmetics.

Key Responsibilities ??

? Performance media expert - with experience of managing large Meta and TikTok campaigns and budgets. Other platforms are a plus.

? Running the marketing aspects of the Amazon account. This will include running paid search ads, updating listings, ensuring reviews strategy is delivering, running campaigns and offers, ensuring brand pages are up to date.

? Managing the brands social media channels to drive engagement and growth.

? Creation and execution of the influencer marketing strategy.

? Running the email marketing strategy with implementation of flow and campaign emails, plus SMS.

? Copywriting for online and offline marketing materials.

? Assist with new product and new brand launches, from ideation, research, trend and competitor analysis.

? PR, beauty award entries and outreach to bloggers and publications to increase our SEO rankings and presence in traditional media.

? Monthly reporting on marketing activities.

? Other ad hoc marketing tasks as required.

We're looking for ??

? Paid social experience.

? Email marketing experience, ideally in Klaviyo.

? Someone with a keen interest in beauty and cosmetics.

? A team player who thrives on working in a small, dynamic team.

? Organised, driven individual.

? Experience in using Shopify is ideal.

? Ability to work flexibly to changing priorities.
