Senior Marketing Executive

Skipton, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Are you the kind of person who thrives juggling multiple projects, loves spinning plates, and still finds time to craft innovative campaigns? Do you stay calm in the chaos, take initiative without being asked, and love making things happen at pace? If that's a yes, we want to talk to you!

Supply Desk

, one of the UK's leading education recruitment specialists, is on the hunt for a

Senior Marketing Executive

who's equal parts strategic thinker, creative and all-round marketing multitasker.

You'll join a fun and hardworking Group Marketing team working across Supply Desk, Justteachers, and Equalitas. Together, we deliver impactful campaigns that support teachers and schools across the UK--and we have a great time doing it.

Why You'll Love This Role

This is the perfect opportunity for a self-starter who loves variety, embraces a little chaos, and can keep things moving even when priorities shift. If you're looking for a role where every day is different, your ideas matter, and your work directly supports education, this could be the one.

What You'll Be Doing:

Own and drive

sales and marketing plans across the academic year, supported and guided with ideas from the wider teams, including the Commercial and Operations Directors.

Build brilliant content

--from social posts to email campaigns--that grabs attention and drives results.

Lead on digital strategy

, including email marketing, SEO/PPC, paid and organic social, and ROI tracking.

Create content that counts

for our CPD programme--think engaging video and e-learning resources for teaching and support staff.

Coordinate creative assets

for events, training, and digital campaigns.

Take charge

of website performance and SEO to ensure optimal user experience and traffic growth. We will be working on a website re-design and development project towards the end of the Summer, in conjunction with a web agency, and so this will be a project that you can steer and take ownership of, with support from the wider Marketing team, should you so require.

Manage key events

--webinars, CPD sessions, exhibitions--and keep the momentum going from pre to post.

Bring new ideas to the table

at every opportunity and contribute to strategic growth and innovation.

Track what works

, report on campaign performance, and help others across the business understand what drives success.

You're a confident marketer who:

Knows how to balance a lotof spinning plates with calm focus and self-direction. Can confidently run multiple campaigns at once, while jumping in on last-minute projects with a smile. Has experience in fast-moving industries--recruitment, education, or similar. Brings hands-on knowledge of CRMs, Google Analytics, SEO/PPC, and social media tools. Is creative, strategic, analytical, and not afraid to try something new. Has experience working on a re-brand/re-design and development project of a website, providing direction to an external web agency and able to create impactful SEO-friendly content.
