The Senior Marketing Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Membership Lead is responsible for delivering creative multi-channel marketing campaigns to grow, engage and retain our most loyal audiences; our Wakehurst members.

Using a data-driven, audience-focussed and digital first approach, you will creatively compel members to join, repeatedly visit and engage with our gardens, programme of events, website and social channels.

Working closely with a tight knit, supportive and knowledgeable teams at Wakehurst and Kew Gardens, you will help us make a seismic shift to our membership sales growth and help deliver our membership strategy.

As an experienced membership marketing professional, you will be confident with up-to-date digital and CRM marketing knowledge. You will know how to lead and roll out campaigns independently, bringing fresh thinking and new ideas to our teams, create a positive culture and encourage streamlined ways of working.

You will have proven experience in delivering membership sales, and of working in a fast-paced marketing environment, and it is an extra bonus if you have worked in a visitor attraction, leisure, charity, or the arts sector.

We need team members with positive management skills and the confidence to independently coordinate their work with strong organisational skills and an ability to juggle multiple tasks whilst maintaining an eye for detail.

We welcome hybrid working, with Tuesdays and Thursdays the days we are onsite as a team. Our office is based at Wakehurst, in Ardingly, Sussex

The salary will be \xc2\xa333,802 per annum (pro rata).
