About the role:




As we continue to grow and elevate our brand in the market, we are looking for a self-driven Senior Marketing Executive to own and lead all aspects of our marketing efforts.



This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a high-performing advisory firm, while also being hands-on with execution.



As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will be the go-to person for all things marketing -- from strategy development to content creation, digital campaigns, and press/media relationships. You'll work closely with the CEO to build our brand, improve visibility, and support deal origination efforts.



This is a standalone, high-impact role with full ownership and autonomy -- perfect for someone who is strategic but thrives in rolling up their sleeves.



Main aspects of the role include:

Develop and execute the firm's overall

marketing strategy

, aligned with business goals. Manage the firm's

brand positioning

, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels. Lead and create

content marketing

initiatives -- thought leadership, podcasts, whitepapers, and social media posts. Manage and update the company

website

and

digital presence

(SEO, LinkedIn, Podcasts, Meta, Youtube, etc.). Create and maintain

marketing collateral

, including support with pitch decks, tombstones, and credentials packs. Work closely with deal teams to

support transaction marketing

and post-deal announcements. Liaise with external suppliers (other content creators, press/media, PR agencies) as needed. Track KPIs and produce regular marketing performance reports for the CEO.

Key Requirements:



4-7 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within financial services, M&A, private equity, or professional services. Strong copywriting and content development skills. Confident working autonomously, managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience with SEO, ad campaigns, CRM/email platforms, and CMS. A good eye for design and familiarity with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of a B2B advisory environment. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

Location



St. James's, London or Hybrid. Preference for Full-Time, but Part-Time is also possible if at least 28 hours per week
