Xeinadin Tax Advisory operates at a national level across the UK. We provide a central resource of tax advisory specialists for our UK regional offices to draw upon, complementing the work of existing tax teams in regional offices, ensuring excellence in tax planning and advice across our client base.
Our work is diverse, interesting and provides significant added value. Key areas of focus include: corporate grouping, reorganisations/demergers, share schemes, shareholder exits, transactional advice on sales, property structuring, family investment companies, inheritance tax advice, and more.
About The Role:
Due to growing demand for tax advisory support across our UK offices, Xeinadin Tax Advisory are looking to expand the team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and delivering complex tax advisory projects from inception through to completion.
Providing expert tax advice in one or more areas, such as corporate reorganisations, property structuring, or shareholder exits.
Working directly with clients to ensure advice is clearly communicated, actionable, and successfully implemented.
Building strong relationships with entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
Supporting senior leadership with service line development through initiatives like webinars and technical publications.
Mentoring and training junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
About You:
You are a qualified tax professional (CTA, ACCA, ACA, ICAS, or a former Inspector) seeking to deepen your expertise in a fully advisory role and enjoy working closely with clients to see advice through to implementation.
You have a keen technical interest in one or more of our core tax advisory areas and are eager to grow your knowledge by working alongside dedicated tax specialists.
You take ownership and responsibility for your client projects and are a proactive, self-driven professional.
Experience working with entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses - and an understanding of the challenges they face - will be a strong advantage.
A commercial mindset and client relationship management experience are essential.
In addition to your technical tax knowledge, you possess strong analytical and report-writing skills to deliver clear, actionable advice to clients.
