Your primary goal is to ensure that medical education tools, systems, and processes align with the organization\'s needs while adhering to industry standards and regulations.You\'ll need to identify innovative tools and technologies for medical education and find ways to enhance efficiency and performance metrics. Drawing upon your expertise in medical education best practices, policies, and procedures, you\'ll ensure that management systems meet both regional and global requirements outlined by Astellas SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Collaboration is key; you\'ll work across the Medical Education group within Medical Communications to achieve departmental objectives and support MA (Medical Affairs) Governance requirements.Additionally, you\'ll oversee data quality governance of medical education management systems and foster effective collaboration within Medical Affairs and across various functions like Commercial, Legal, IT, and Ethics and Compliance.At Astellas, we recognise that our employees enjoy having a balance between their professional and home lives.
