Job Description

We are looking for an (Interim) Senior Marketing and Communications Manager for a 3 month contract with an incredible social welfare charity to play a crucial role in leading a team to be high performing across digital, marketing, comms/PR and engagement.

The charity will consider 21 to 35 hours week with some hybrid working of 1 to 2 days a week in the office.

The Role

Be accountable to digital marketing to grow reach, engagement and conversions across organic, paid social and Google Ads etc .

Take leadership of the charitys websites and SEO, both in house and with agencies.

Provide senior leadership of external suppliers and contacts building great relationships to get the best result for the charity.

Line management supporting and motivating colleagues.

The Candidate

Previous senior level delivery of marketing and communications; leading campaigns and delegating/supporting others to deliver their own.

Experience of working at a senior level in a marketing/communications role.

Experience of managing marketing/communications projects from start to end.

Extensive line management experience.

Senior level delivery of marketing/communications campaigns.
