WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Senior Manager, Key Accounts
to manage one of our Key Accounts in the UK & EU markets. In this role, you will craft and execute high-impact commercial strategies to exceed KPIs, unlock new growth opportunities, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hybrid role based out of our
London
office.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE
Manage and execute a comprehensive online commercial strategy that drives the digital experience, maximizes sales, and achieves KPIs
Partner with the Head of Key Accounts to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive traffic, enhance brand visibility, and increase conversion
Analyze key online performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies to grow online sales through optimization efforts
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the account, ensuring seamless order management, customer service and inventory management
Execute and optimize the assortment and content strategy in collaboration with brand and creative teams to enhance the digital experience
Collaborate closely with the demand planning team to accurately forecast sales, ensure sufficient stock levels, and optimize inventory to meet customer demand
Manage the Sales Planning, Demand Planning, OPEX and the overall P&L for the key account
Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports, revising strategies as needed based on actualized sales and market trends
Exhibit a strong understanding of all drivers of business performance, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to consistently optimize strategy and execution across partners
Build and nurture strong partnerships with the account, fostering collaboration and trust to drive mutual growth and success
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE
5+ years of online account management experience, specifically with key online players
Proven track record in driving incremental revenue by leveraging sales insights, performance marketing, pricing, and product performance
Strong problem solver and negotiator with excellent follow up skills and the ability to build solid collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Able to demonstrate well-developed business + analytical acumen with an understanding of how to implement/manage change
Demonstrated understanding of the functional beauty market in the UK/ EMEA, with direct working experience with key online pure players
