We need to evolve the role of our Senior Learning Business Partners to reflect the growing imperative to bring talent and learning activity together to ensure we are best placed to provide the right development to the right people at the right time to deliver outstanding client and employee engagement results.
Our Senior Learning Business Partners are the critical two-way link between the business and our Talent and Learning teams in driving our development agenda. The Head of T&D Business Partnering will play a key role in standing up the refreshed scope of this team and maximizing the impact a deeper focus on talent and development can have with on the business.
Aligning with firm-wide growth initiatives, such as strategic workforce planning, the Head of the T&D BP team will support the Business Partners in translating the impact of these ambitions on the talent and development agenda in each of the Businesses.
