We are pleased to commence a search for a Senior Executive Compensation Manager to join one of our clients, a famous name in the technology landscape. This exciting role will offer unrivalled exposure to the board level operations of the business, as you forge relationships with influential Heads of HR and the Senior Leadership Team. The executive compensation team is responsible for the preparation of all RemCo agenda items, design and management of executive compensation design of short-term and long-term incentive plans, including target-setting and measurement of outcomes, and management of all share incentive plans in place across the group. Reporting into a Reward Director, the functional aspects of this role will be to advise on ongoing requirements for executive compensation, working with external advisors as appropriate. Prepare agenda and papers for meetings of the Rem/Comp Committee throughout the year. Ensure compliance with UK Corporate Governance requirements including drafting of the DRR. Manage executive compensation processes (including annual compensation cycle), including executive benchmarking, salary increases, long-term incentives, metric tracking, equity ownership guidelines, executive severance, and other executive policies, and prepare annual executive compensation review timeline for senior stakeholders and manage share award forecasts and dilution limits (working closely with the Group Finance teams on tracking and reporting of all incentive awards to ensure the correct UK accounting treatment). Be able to support the design of new incentive plan arrangements (as required from time to time) including modelling scenarios and outcomes and strengthening the communication of award programmes. The business has further plans to list in the US within a 2-3 year timescale, therefore this role would offer a unique development opportunity to be part of the project team to deliver this governance shift and gain exposure to Proxy Statements and the SEC filing regime. As a result, the business is looking to meet Reward professionals with either significant experience within a UK listed business, or experience within a compensation consultancy firm. Key is a solid understanding of executive compensation and a working knowledge of global regulations.
