Vistra UK is currently recruiting for a Senior Manager. This is a full-time hybrid position based in our Bristol office. If you are an experienced Relationship Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and expertise, then apply to join our dynamic team at Vistra.

Purpose and Scope :

Relationship Manager for Portfolio and to Manage a Team

Key Responsibilities :

• To be responsible for the training, managing, and developing a team of experienced, and inexperienced, Company Secretaries
• To be responsible for working with management and staff to identify cross sell and up sell opportunities
• To be responsible for working with management and staff to identify and improve on operational inefficiencies
• To inspire and deliver excellent service to clients through the team
• To autonomously manage a portfolio of clients
• To be responsible for the management of any complaints or escalations from your team
• To be responsible for resourcing and training of your team

Attributes :

• Educated to degree standard/Paralegal Qualification/ICSA Qualified/Lawyer or a minimum of 5 years work experience in corporate governance
• Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels. Foreign languages would be an advantage
• Experience in providing services to clients, both in person, in writing and by telephone
• Attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Computer literate
• Capable of working under pressure and with minimal supervision

Relevant Experience :

• Experience managing a high performing team
• Experience of administration in a high-volume environment
• Good at working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Able to deliver excellent attention to detail
• Good at working under pressure with numerous deadlines

Education and Professional Qualification :

• ICSA / CILEX would be an advantage
