I am currently recruiting for a Finance Manager opportunity for a growing service provider based in Herts. To be considered for this role, ideally you will be fully qualified (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) however if you are QBE your application will also be considered.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation, with a strong presence in their industry. In this role you will report into the Head of Finance and be responsible to manage two members of the team.

Your responsibilities within this role will include:

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts within reporting deadlines.
• Prepare and review crucial month-end balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts across the entire Group, including overseeing the Group Accruals and Prepayments reconciliations.
• Deliver meaningful and precise variance analysis on a monthly basis to provide stakeholders with a better understanding of the business\'s performance, with a primary focus on analyzing indirect costs variances.
• Support the broader business in all aspects of operational finance to ensure continuous fulfillment of the business\'s requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operational relationships within the team, direct line manager to two members of the team.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing internal controls to ensure compliance with the Group\'s accounting policies.
• Assist with external audit inquiries and year-end processes.
• Assist the Head of Management Accounts and the Group Financial Controller in various ad hoc projects as needed.
