Following our continued success, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new showroom in Marylebone this June. To prepare for this, we are hiring a Senior Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training at our Holborn showroom before transitioning to Marylebone as part of our expanding team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our London expansion, working within a luxury retail environment where client experience is at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance to customers, ensuring they find the perfect engagement ring, wedding band, or fine jewellery piece. The role includes managing in-person consultations, handling customer enquiries via email, phone, and live chat, and maintaining the high standards of our luxury showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver a high-touch, luxury customer experience, building strong relationships with clients.

- Conduct one-on-one showroom consultations, providing expert advice on engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewellery.

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.

- Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and stock management.

- Work closely with the Head Office team to ensure seamless showroom operations.

- Identify sales opportunities and confidently guide customers through the purchasing process.

- Ensure adherence to security and safety procedures within the showroom.

About You

We are looking for an engaging and knowledgeable individual with a strong background in fine jewellery sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury retail, thrives in a client-focused environment, and enjoys working within an ambitious and growing brand.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in fine jewellery sales (either showroom, online, or workshop-based).

- A natural ability to connect with customers, delivering an exceptional experience.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with excellent listening skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in computer systems, typing, and data entry.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing company.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
