The team you will be a part of

The Supply and Logistics team is responsible for keeping the appropriate levels of materials and/or stock supplies with the aim to maximize inventory control and company sales. Organizes deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Supervises and tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization.

This role in summary

As a Senior Logistics Planner, you manage all aspects of order processing, stock allocation, booking and customer liaison with our trade partners. You leverage data from departmental reporting systems toward improvements in long term planning and performance across the team. You undertake long term-planning activities for key trade accounts within the UK &; Ireland

You are responsible for the management of orders for a designated customer portfolio or within certain geographical areas. The role includes liaison with all areas of Logistics and with various other business areas including commercial and demand planning functions.

• Mon, Tues, Thurs (08:30-17:00, Office)
• Wed (08:30 - 17:00, Remote Working)
• Fri (08:30-16:30, Remote Working)

Your responsibilities will include

• To support various aspects of logistics planning including stock allocation, booking and delivering customer orders when required.
• Processing large datasets to support the management of orders and alignment to future stock availability.
• To facilitate long-term delivery planning for key accounts across the UK and Ireland.
• Monitoring of unconfirmed stock and the optimisation of overall order conversion ability
• Using BI / Excel reporting to monitor multiple delivery flows
• Strategic collaboration to support the reduction of order span timeframes within the department.

Preferred skills and experiences

• An excellent team player, collaborator and contributor.
• Significant data analysis experience - Essential
• Excel Skills (to at least an intermediate level) - Essential
• Strong Google Suite Application skills - Preferred
• SAP HANA Experience - Not Essential, but advantageous.
• Logistics Planning Experience - Not Essential, but advantageous.
