Curchods Estate Agents is a multi award-winning agency specialising in residential
lettings, sales and mortgage services. Founded in 1938 and with a network of 18 lettings and residential sales branches throughout Surrey, committed to providing outstanding customer service. We are now looking to recruit a high calibre lettings negotiator who will be part of our friendly and busy Lettings team in our flagship Walton office. The ideal candidate will:

have a minimum 12 month lettings experience be able to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed show strong communication and interpersonal skills have the desire and motivation to achieve targets/goals display high standards of service and presentation strong local knowledge a full UK driving licence ARLA qualifications preferred
