Job Overview:

The Residential Lettings Consultant based in our South East London office will play a crucial role in our residential lettings department, working closely with a small team to deliver outstanding service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the industry, a fair knowledge of the South East London / Croydon rental market, and a desire to progress their career within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a small team of letting agents to achieve team goals and provide excellent service to clients. Market Understanding: Demonstrate a fair knowledge of the prime London rental market, staying informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activity. Unique Resources: Utilise unique resources provided by the agency to offer clients a differentiated and superior service not found in other agencies. Legal Awareness: Develop a basic understanding of residential lettings laws and regulations in the UK to ensure compliance in day-to-day operations. Client Interaction: Interact with landlords and tenants, providing assistance and building positive relationships to enhance client satisfaction. Punctuality and Presentation: Exhibit punctuality and maintain a professional appearance, representing the agency's commitment to excellence. Drive and Ambition: Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, displaying drive and ambition to progress within the real estate industry.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the residential lettings industry. Fair knowledge of the London rental market. Desire to progress a career in the real estate sector. Basic understanding of residential lettings laws in the UK. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Punctual, well-presented, and professional. Ambitious with a proactive attitude toward achieving career goals.
