Senior Prosecution Solicitor

Salary: \xc2\xa337,261 - \xc2\xa339,493 Pro rata

Location: East Midlands

Working: Hybrid

Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with an excellent East Midlands Local Authority who are seeking to appoint a part time Senior Litigation Solicitor on a permanent basis with flexible/hybrid working and a salary of up to \xc2\xa339,493 on a Pro rata basis.

The Council are looking to recruit a new member to join its already experienced team within Legal Services to handle both their civil and criminal litigation work. Key duties of the Senior Prosecution Solicitor

• Environmental health & environmental protection
• Planning enforcement
• Environmental crime
• Licensing

Requirements for the Senior role include:

• The ability to communicate effectively with officers internally, and externally with courts, barristers, professional bodies, and members of the public is essential.
• Local government experience is desirable, but we welcome applications from people from all parts of the legal sector.
• The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor/Barrister/FILEX with a current Practising Certificate.
