Youxe2x80x99ll be planning and preparing teaching and you will work with experienced colleagues to prepare, deliver, and assess modules across the undergraduate and postgraduate education programmes.You can enthuse and motivate students, be flexible in your approach, have excellent interpersonal and mentoring/coaching skills, be highly organised, able to manage a varied and challenging workload and take a collaborative approach to your work.Ideally you have primary classroom experience and experience in teaching and/or supporting trainee teachers.As part of your role, you will be required to support trainees on school experience and therefore a working knowledge of the DfE Teachersxe2x80x99 Standards and Qualified Teachers Status (QTS) are essential requirements for the post.Our partnerships with schools and other education providers spans across the South West so access to a vehicle would be beneficial.Where is this role based?This post is based at our lively campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed.We are one of the largest providers of Higher Education in the South West with 38,000 students and 4,000 staff from right across the globe.
