As a Senior Learning & Development Partner you will lead the Learning and Development team, guiding them in the delivery of all learning needs for the division, leveraging central support by building quality relationships across the business. The Senior Learning and Development Partner is responsible for curating, driving and embedding excellent learning solutions, acting as an ambassador for the division both internally and externally, through delivering engaging and impactful L&D solutions for all in pub teams. You will also work closely within the wider central HR team on shaping, influencing, and embedding the centrally managed and driven Learning and Development programmes as part of the (Group People plan).
