What We're Looking For:

A deep passion for skincare and the aesthetics industry. NVQ Level 2, 3, and 4 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent). Minimum of 2 years of experience in advanced skincare and laser treatments. Proven expertise in laser hair removal with 2+ years of hands-on experience (Lumenis LightSheer preferred but not essential). Strong familiarity with skin treatments such as peels, microneedling, Cryopen, Hydrafacial, and more. Extensive knowledge of cosmeceutical skincare brands and products. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Confidence in recommending tailored skincare products and treatments to clients. A polished, professional appearance and demeanor. Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert consultations into lasting relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead Treatment Excellence

: Deliver a range of skin and laser treatments, including advanced procedures like Hydrafacial, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, Chemical Peels, Body Contouring, and more.

Client Engagement

: Build long-term client relationships through expert consultation and exceptional care, ensuring clients achieve their skincare goals.

Operational Leadership

: Take ownership of clinic operations, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows and adherence to the highest hygiene and safety standards.

Team Collaboration

: Mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with management to drive clinic success.
