Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with a specialist Landscape Architects practice, seeking to appoint a Senior Landscape Architect to their team based in Newark, Nottinghamshire.
The practice are specialists in Landscape Architecture & Planning, with a current team of 14 people. Despite being small-medium in size, the practice work across a broad range of project types in varying sectors with an impressive client portfolio, in areas such as; Leisure, Education, Commercial and Residential amongst others. Due to sustained growth and a solid pipeline of work, the practice are now looking to add a Senior Landscape Architect to their team.
The Senior Landscape Architect will ideally have a degree or post graduate qualification in landscape architecture/design with experience in all aspects of landscape design projects and an understanding of landscape planning. They will have an involvement in the delivery of projects, including communication with clients and sub-consultants in order to meet objectives. It is essential that applicants have a strong work ethic with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and tasks to meet tight deadlines. It is preferential but not essential for applicants to be Chartered Members of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) and have experience in managing projects.
Applicants should have good, proven, all round landscape experience to enable them to work on a variety of projects including design and LVIA. A successful candidate would be able to demonstrate strong technical, design and documentation capabilities with experience across a wide range of project types and all work stages. Applicants should be creative and well-organised with good written and oral communication skills and experience of managing their own workload with minimal supervision in a proactive and efficient manner. The successful individual will be dedicated, flexible and happy to assist at all levels of the business and work well in a team.
