My client a global leading telecommunications company are searching the market for an experienced tech led to maintain company infrastructure and guide engineers.
This is a perfect position for someone with a vast amount of experience dealing with hands on issues but also keeping up to date with new tech and ideas and mentoring more junior staff.
THIS VACANCY IS 2 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop team capabilities to support company applications such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, PowerBi.
- Providing oversight and direction by setting and communicating the team\'s strategy
- Accountable for team management, including hiring, developing, performance management and formalised training.
- Occasionally act as a point of escalation for Internal IT Issues
- Provide regular customer experience surveys and drive continuous improvement.
- Effective inventory management including hardware, software, intellectual property, licences, warranties and compliance reporting.
- Experience of managing a support desk team, call prioritisation and SLA management.
- Extensive Experience of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Good understanding of cloud technologies
- Knowledge of administration of Microsoft 365, Azure and TEAMS.
- Extensive support of Windows, MAC and Linux.
- At least 3 years\' experience in this type of position or similar
