2nd Line Support Engineer - Towcester - Onsite - 25-30K

We are looking for an experienced 1st/2nd line support engineer looking to take the next step in their career to join a successful and rapidly expanding IT company as a 2nd Line Support Engineer. Previous experience of 1st/2nd line support is essential.

Summary of the Role:

• Hands-on IT Support
• Provide 2nd line support as appropriate for all incidents and requests.
• Prioritise or escalate incidents to 3rd line support or specialised technical teams.
• Professionally manage incidents through to resolution
• Monitor and update all incidents and requests
• Fix hardware faults and install upgrades to client hardware

Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years\' experience working in an IT Helpdesk environment
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting complex environments
• Windows Server support
• O365
• Active Directory
• Networking skills
• Azure 365 administration
• Hardware support
• SolarWinds
• Remote admin exp

You do not need to have experience in all these areas but must be willing to learn and develop.
