With a dynamic leadership team at the helm, Eurobase People is about to enter its next phase of growth and requires a talented Senior Recruitment Consultant with industry knowledge and experience gained within the UK or European perm/contract Tech markets to hit the ground running, capitalise on a warm desk with robust clients in place and climb quickly to a Team Leader position.

The role is based at our Chelmsford office and hybrid working is available.

The purpose of this job is to develop a 360 desk, achieving agreed sales targets whilst delivering our mission to "Exceed Expectations"

1. Meets agreed Sales Targets and associated KPI\xe2\x80\x99s

1.1. Achieves weekly KPIs

1.2. Maintains a constant pipeline of candidates

1.3. Generates new business through daily proactive business development activity and maximises existing client opportunities.

1.4. identifies opportunities for sales growth and presents to Sales and Operations Director at Quarterly Business Plan discussion

2. Creates a Personal Brand and demonstrates expertise within niche market

2.1. Establishes a strong LinkedIn presence through publishing twice weekly professional, informative and industry related posts and putting into practice LinkedIn guidance provided by the company

2.2. Utilises relationships with candidates to become educated in niche market, actively seeking new information and sharing with colleagues where appropriate

2.3. Provides appropriate solutions and guidance to clients based on market knowledge and intelligence

3. Delivers a first-class service and Exceeds Expectations

3.1. Builds effective relationships with both clients and candidates, seeking opportunities to exceed their expectations, working with a constant service mentality

3.2. Works collaboratively with colleagues, sharing information, offering guidance and support and taking personal responsibility for contributing to a customer/colleague centric culture

At least 2 years as a successful IT recruiter

-Proactivity in business development

-The ability to think strategically and commercially

-A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively, sharing knowledge and possesses a strong desire to work with us to proactively drive the business forward

-An individual who is happy to take the lead, show initiative and seeks career progression

-The ability to provide outstanding levels of customer service and deliver our "Exceeding Expectations" ethos
