\xe2\x80\x8bThis is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Internal Communications professional to join a busy team as they embark on a digital modernation of its business. Offering excellent flex working (one day a week in office) and can be based from any of their offices in Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow or Birmingham.

The Senior Internal Communications Channels Manager\'s main objective is to lead a small team and develop new and enhance existing channels for the organisation as they look to better engage their dispersed hard to reach employee base.

\xe2\x80\x8b

The successful candidate will be forward-thinking and hard-working and will help drive the planning, development and adoption of digital channels and craft communications that tell a consistent story across departments, executives, projects and change initiatives.

Candidates must be passionate about channels and helping other engage.They also need someone with a track record of introducing analytics and measurement.

Direct responsibilities

Understand key audiences and their online journey and behaviour, and use audience insights to inform content planning; gather insight on communication usage, needs and preferences.

Develop internal communiations and engagement strategies and campaigns and advise senior leadership team

Run a calendar of online events tht develop senior leaders visibility

Ensure measurement and analytics

Ensure a programme of leading and training for audiences - digital how to guides and support

Own and execute a content schedule for Intranet and other digital channels

Make sure there is a coherent plan for the homepage content on the intranet, working across communications team to ensure content is relevant and support the team to maintain new and features content

Support the delivery and implementation of a measurement approach and reporting dashboard showing communication engagement and value.
