About the role





We're excited to be looking for a

Senior Instructional Designer

to join our Diversification team, whose role is to be ahead of the game in shaping the future of digital learning. This is not a traditional role; it's for a visionary who can harness emerging technologies, adapt at pace, and drive cutting-edge learning experiences. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary and diverse team, fostering an inclusive and agile environment that thrives on innovation.

How you'll make an impact:



Design and develop engaging, high-impact learning solutions that push the boundaries of innovation and work with relevant internal stakeholders to embed these into new and existing products. Utilise emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, gamification, and adaptive learning to create immersive experiences. Ensure smart content creation and adaptive learning materials are key to learning solutions, for example AI-personalised learning pathways, interactive simulations and AR/VR-based scenario training. Collaborating with a cross-functional team to integrate learning into a dynamic and scalable framework.

We'd love to hear from you if you offer the following:



A degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Significant levels of experience in digital learning design, preferably in fast-paced, innovative environments. Proven expertise in designing and developing digital learning solutions using industry-standard tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.). Experience with AI-driven learning, AR/VR, gamification, and adaptive learning technologies. Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and UX principles. Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and learning experience platforms (LXP).
