Who we're looking for
As a
Senior Human Resources Advisor
based in our London office, you will support the implementation and maintenance of effective HR initiatives and act as an intermediary between the UK based employees, management and payroll as the Empower business grows.

Responsibilities
The successful applicant will report into the corporate HR team based into Australia, whilst providing professional support to the UK business line managers in relation to generalist HR functions, including onboarding of all new staff and end to end recruitment for white collar roles. You will ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations while maintaining effective communication across all stakeholders.
Skills & experience:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar
High level of competency in Microsoft suite
Experience with employment law and experience in a construction environment would be highly regarded
Experience with proactive recruitment and head hunting will be highly regarded
Good understanding of employee relations
Attention to detail with a commitment to a high work standard and work ethic.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in regard to sensitive information.
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Confidence in communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders and maintain positive relationships.
